The looks of it hint at what is to come. Medium gold, just a tiny bit cloudy. Nose of grapefruit, lemon zest and pips, bruised apples. High acidity, medium alcohol and finish and a nice bitter medium long finish. Some structure from prefermatntation maceration and lees contact. Nice mouthfeel. Linear though not too strict. Bit expencive maybe and maybe not the most typical produce, but a nice natural-ish version indeed. I do think this will last quite long given the …

(17/20) Outstanding wine! This has it all, beautiful acidity, great minerality, elegant reduction tones, great length. Very well made natural wine, I'm impressed! Medium+ intense aromas of lemon zest, baked apple, white grapefruit, tangerine, honeydew melon, blossom, green tea, biscuit, popcorn, white pepper, wet stone, sea salt. Dry wine, high acidity, medium- body, pronounced flavour intensity, long finish. 13% ABV - served @ Mon Lapin, Montreal
