Grüner Veltliner fermented for 6 months underground in a Georgian Qvevri. Unfiltered. Cloudy lemon color. Aromas of marinade, bruised apple, white flowers. Very high acidity, soft tannins. Taste of lemon, lemon zest, yellow plums, spice, salinity.
