Fabulous: Kiwi sav cab nose++. Beautiful fat ripe ripe gooseberry with green pepper notes, nice acidity. Long++

A pronounced, attractive, SB nose. Soft but with lovely fruit and notes of tarragon and fennel. Complex, intense, long, and rich with very good balance. I’m not a great fan of NZ Sauvignon Blanc but this bottle bowled me over. Stunning stuff from a very good vintage. 90+ Tasted with Tony Wellings (The Antipodean Sommelier) at Grand Union Wine Society.

처음 마셨을 때보다 확실히 시간이 지날수록 새콤(?)하고 톡 쏘는 맛이 줄어들고 부드럽게 넘어간다. 소희가 쟁여놓는 제품이라고 해서 기대했는데 200%까진 아니지만 ‘음 역시(?) 연예인 입맛은 다르군’하는 맛 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
