Fräsch, fruktig och lätt blommig näsa. Paletten präglas av vit persika, gul grape, bakad citron och en tungrullande syra som inte ber om ursäkt för sig. Mineralisk med en smula salt förnimmelse nånstans i mellanregistret. Inget burgundiskt bråddjup, men väl en fint koncentrerad drickglädje som gör jobbet med bravur till torskrygg med romstinn sandefjordssås. Gott!

L'an Foiré me decoit un peu ce soir. Je comprend que c'est son petit vin cependant Beau nez et belle acidité mais simple/peu complexe Sans le niveau de sucre du De Moore bu ensemble a Qc, le qualificatif de "petit jus" en bouche me semble approprié ref: 2020 Alice et Olivier De Moor Vin de France Sans Bruit

Casual Drinks (Bar Cichetti) : Impression, chalky, saline, mineral, refine acid, linear, precise. As it opens up the minerality becomes more pronounced. Drinking beautifully.

A new acquaintance, Jessica Litaud. Or rather her wine. This ”messy year” is not actually a Pouilly-Fuissé, it is a Vin de France from fruit in both Macon-Vergisson and P-F as I understand it. This is probably not typical of the domaine? 12% alcohol, very fresh, elegant despite maybe not the highest acidity. Feels very leesy in a positive way. My thoughts go to Chablis and to Savoie.
