2021 Clos du Soleil Pinot Gris Winemaker’s Series Whispered Secret Vineyard (Similkameen) Sensational citrusy scent—freshly cut grapefruit and lime. Fruit forward taste with loads of grapefruit, kiwi and pear. Zesty with a pleasantly bitter backbone, not unusual for this varietal. Good length and mouthfeel. Adept winemaking clearly on display. A most agreeable Gris looking for food from the sea.
