Colour: starts as bright pale lemon, but with breathing it becomes a full, golden colour Bouquet: intense citrus, lemon and lemon citrus Palate: lemon, creamy and chalky texture, good body and Long clean finish, but on the edge. excellent, belies its age entirely. 11% alc. Colour: golden yellow Bouquet: lemon and lemon zest, some cut grass still, spicey mineral notes Palate: rich creamy lemon, chalky texture, quite full bodied, long dry clean finish, herbal notes. Still amazingly fresh fruit. November 2016
