Medium bodied, dry bordering to off-dry, showing some generic pear flavors. Mediocre sparkling. Not so exciting. Had a small bottle at Kasnäs restaurant.

Booze. Off putting and crude, flat. Might be good as an add for a batch of Sangria or something. I so wish I could give out props to this one but its not very drinkable.

Extremely light, innocuous, even relatively pleasant with cheeses and berries. Would not go hunt it down, however.

Not representative of classic prosseco. Too dry for my taste when drinking prosecco.

enjoyed this bottle for sunday brunch with pat. this is probably the best prosecco we have ever had. it stands shoulder to shoulder with mid-level french champage. eye dazzling color and pinpoint bubbles that remain active in the glass. very fresh and refreshing. has some body and yeastiness which is to my liking. no distracting taste elements such as metal or oxidation that often diminish the attractiveness of products from other producers.
