George's Folly Montepulciano Nero d'Avola

Grape, Grain and Graze Festival (Olympic Park, Homebush, Sydney) : Ripe spiced blackcurrant and plum on the nose, baked earth. Juicy and fleshy on the palate with tea tannins which prove drying and tight, fruit drops a little quickly but whilst present is all fresh & spiced. Other than the lack of length this is pretty good.
