Joannes Violot-Guillemard Pommard 1er Cru Les Arvelets

Very light touch for Pommard. Almost purple color in the glass. Red fruited,quite crunchy and pure. Nose is clean, red and blue fruited with a sea breeze character. Tannins sneak in on the finish, as there a flash of austerity before mineral and fruit notes kick back in. Best to give this one some Time but not a crime young.
