PNP. Color gold. Nose is all secondary with caramel, butterscotch and lanolin. Swishing shows good acid and minerality that coat the cheeks. Sipping shows great polish, with the total secondary flavors perfectly balancing the structure. If you are not into oxidative style whites this is not for you. Reminiscent of lopez de heredia whites.

PNP. Cork perfect. Color light gold. Nose citrus, smoke and brine. Swishing shows tingly acid with an oiliness that reminds me of Lopez de heredia that also shows some brackish salinity. On the palate this is rich and complex like LDH with a viscosity that pleases. I expect that this will be amazing with shellfish.
