Not a huge white wine drinker, but do enjoy WS Chenin Blanc. Has an Apple & pear notes with some bright citrus. Nice acidity. Goes well with Shrimp au Vin!

This is a bright light yellow colored wine. The flavors are varietal with quince, pear, and floral components. This is a lean and dry style of Chenin Blanc. The acidity is lively, the body is lean, and the consistency is firm with an angular structure. Overall, this is a well made wine with a 13.7% alcohol level; however, I prefer this variety in a more rich and off-dry style. At $48 this wine is not a good dollar value.
