Smith Bench Pinot Noir

1 hour in glass. V - Clear, pale ruby with minimal meniscus and high viscosity. N - Cherry, strawberry, bit of soil, sourdough. P - same flavors as nose, but pretty good power. Bit of charcoal as well. S - Dry, med body, med+ acidity, 14+, fine/med tannins with Med+ length and complexity.

Pleasant light fruity style.

Had with pork chop and blacked grouper. Nice blended pairing. Good black fruit, low acid and tannins. Med finish with briar fruit.
