Opened the last bottle at lunch today. Great again with grilled salmon. Mussels tonight in a classic butter, wine, shallot, and garlic sauce so should pair there well also. Sorry to see this one end.

Millesime Bio Fair - Day 1 (Montpellier, France) : Fresh apples and melons on the nose. Rich, apple-driven with subtle vanilla and mineral, sea salt notes. Quite nice and fleshy, but crisp throughout.
