Glass: Riedel Vinum Syrah Clear, deep ruby-purple color. Medium- intense, quite muted nose, even after half hour in the glass. Dark berries, tar, oak. Dry, high acidity, medium+, a bit dry tannin. Dark berries, sour cherries, tar, and some meat. Medium+ bodied. Medium+ finish. At its peak, will stay here for some more years but won’t improve.
