Te Hana Rosé Cuvée

This makes no pretensions to be a fine wine - it's a party fizz, and it's good for that. It's dry, but not too dry, there's some nice wild strawberry on the palate, light acidity, and a pleasant, slightly drying finish. This can very safely be served without food or with canapés without anyone being offended, albeit without anyone being likely to enthuse greatly.

Pleasantly surprised. Not too sweet with a little bite on the palette to add complexity. Abit course as far as te bubbles are concerned but leagues beyond what others are offering in this bracket
