Villa Wolf Silvaner

Pale straw color. Nose of peach fuzz, melons, and crushed rocks. Green apples, lemon zest, and a minerality on the palate framed by good acidity. Nice and crisp. Quite a bit of frisante going on as well. Finishes dry with more lemon zest. Good alternative where a dry riesling would be featured.

This was very pleasant. Then nose was very interesting with nice minerality, citrus and mustiness. It had a nice mouth feel and was very smooth. The pallet consisted of green apples but was not too tart. Was on sale at a local store for $3 :')
