Still a bit of reduction. Tart fruit notes. Minerality. Good but not fireworks.

100% biodynamically farmed single-vineyard Poulsard from vines planted in 1959. Fermented spontaneously. Aged in old foudres. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without any SO2. 13% alcohol. Almost fully clear or very slightly hazy cherry red color with a subtly evolved pomegranate hue. Fragrant nose of red cherries, blood orange, some barnyard notes, strawberries, and herbs. There's lovely acidity on the palate with red berries, tart cherries, and some mineral flavors. There was a slight effervescence that blew off quickly. Nice finish. Really nice, interesting wine. I'd love to see how this evolves over the next 5-10 years. 93+

Very light, almost light orange. Quite intense fruity nose w. red berries and fruit candy and some spices. Dry, light to medium body, med(+) acidity, good tannin structure, light on alcohol. Full of red berries, red grapefruit and mint. Not particularly complex, more easy-drinking. Good finish. Drink or keep

Very cloudy unfiltered strawberry jam red color. The bouquet convinces with sour cherries and rhubarb. Medium bodied with stringent acidity this is an excellent Vin natural.

Talcum powder and black raspberry with flowers and bubble bath. Reminds us of a pet dispenser. The palate carries the candied fruits with a savory note and some perfume. Clean precise acidity adds to the joy of drinking this wine.
