No notes but would tend to agree with previous review. Not abundant life here, one to tilt promptly. Dinner at Heirloom in Chestnut Hill.

Good, but not great. It tasted best out of the bottle without decant. After 1hr open it wasn't as good. Was dead by day 2. Best to pop and pour with others to enjoy while at its best.

Dense, still young but opened up in 30 min. Tar, earth, dark fruit flavors.

Opened and drank without a decant. A dense dark purple color. Aromas of braised meats, fig, plum and baking spice. The palate adds big open fig and berry along with crushed rock notes. Secondary notes of roasted coffee on the mid-palate and finish. Medium weight, round and smooth with fine tannins. Juicy finish with coffee and fruit notes, good length. Very nice, a crowd-pleaser with great QPR.

Dried black fruit, fig, earth. Medium is pleasantly full, but gets a bit of heat after 20s.

Dark ruby ....Nose: Dark fruit, herbs , garrigue with a slight hint of toasty oak....Palate: Nice dose of dark fruit and herbs, wood, and smoke..I also got some alchohol on the backend which was a downer...This is young right now and a touch out of balance...This needs a good 2-4 years to get itself together, however this CDP has big upside..89 pts for now 90+ later....Cheers!!!

Oak and a touch of green fruit. With robust character, feels itself out. Fleshy, tight and tannic. Shows more long living character than many in the field. Not bad at $35. Herbal, with concentration, tannin coming up towards the back of the palate.

Decanted 4 hours prior to consumption. Ruby color leads to a nose of licorice, cherry, and garrique. Initially somewhat closed even after decant, opens in glass over next few hours with last glass being the best. Full body shows bright red fruit with pepper, cedar, and a bit of tar. Finish lasts 30 seconds. Very enjoyable expecially for $30; I will hold another 2-3 years before opening next bottle.
