Daniel Lenko Cabernet Franc

A pretty impressive showing. Initially the nose had a slightly off-putting green bell pepper that Ontario reds are famous for but after an hour or so, that blew off completely. As time went by, this put on more and more weight and became very silky with a moderately long finish. Nice balance between ripe fruit, tannins (now pretty soft) and acid. This paired exceptionally well with rib eye steak and slow-fry yukon golds.
