Cascina Bongiovanni Dolcetto d'Alba

Started off with great nose of cherries and strong fruit and a slight hint of flowers. Dark reddish purple color. I'm not sure if I was starting to get a cold or not, but the wine seemed to de-volve as it was opened for a longer period of time, which lowered my score from 88 or 89 down to 85. At $20 I would like to try this again as I think it could be a very tasty wine.
