Highly perfumed and floral on the nose, and showing nice complexity on the palate. Chamomile, honeysuckle, orange blossom, and white tea flavors commingle, with ample acidity cutting through the sweetness. Delicious.

Jaboulet Hermitage La Chapelle Dinner (1978, '82, '83, '85, '88, '90, '95, '97, '98, '99, 09) (Taberna, Bukit Merah) : Simple, but pleasant enough - a decent way to end a heavy meal with lots of serious wines.
