Plenty of chardonnay character. Not yet fading, with 5+ years remaining.

Largely consistent with my '13 note. I disagree w/ the previous reviewer's estimation that there's no noticeable oak—it is balanced IMO, but most definitely present, which brings some nice complexity for my palate. Light to medium golden in color. Aromas of yellow apple, buttered popcorn, sliced almonds, caramel, and interestingly, cotton candy. Full bodied with medium(+) acid and finish, and flavors of yellow apple, pineapple, caramel corn, almond, and a light mineral streak. Quality chard for 20 bones.

Pretty floral and spice nose (nutmeg?). Very nice mouthfeel. If there was any oak it is not noticable. Melon, apple and maybe fig with a nice finish that has some complexity. I was unfamiliar with this wine and was pleasantly surprised. This is still drinking very nicely. It was a gift so I don't know the price but if the 21.00 price listed here is correct, this is a wonderful value.

Re-reading my prior note, I still agree; and blindly, I rate this the same. Clean and simple. Very median in regard to Cali Chard.

Mine was from Last Bottle too. It's well made but nothing special. Vanilla, peach and lemon on the nose. Medium acidity and moderate oak (for a Cali chard). Green apple.

Purchased four from Last Bottle. My first two bottles weren't that great. One bottle was simply not good. But the last two have been very nice. Paired nicely with baked salmon (fennel, citrus marinade) and once with swordfish Grenobloise

Really austere, food helped. Could not detect a nose or any fruit. Have more, will save for cooking.

With Jack and Meg. Excellent calichard. Not too overblown, decent balance. Could use a bit more restraint and cut, but a really nice drink.

Nicely balanced Cali chard. Integrated nicely with a short time in the decanter. Light yellow color. The nose is a little tight, but showing beeswax, yellow apple, hazelnut, vanilla, and saline. Medium+ body, acid, and finish, with flavors of lime, saline, green and yellow apple, white pepper, caramel, and mineral. There's a bit of creaminess to the mouthfeel as well. I'm getting kind of a caramel dipped green apple thing and I like it. I mentioned some oak-imparted notes, but …

Another Last Bottle QPR favorite that is drinking well now. Not a huge over the top but rather a well made food wine that we enjoyed. I liked it quite a bit but Joan liked it even more.
