Niagara College Teaching Winery Cabernet Franc Donald J. P. Ziraldo Vineyard

Great Niagara Cab Franc. Light, acidic, barely a hint of bell pepper, plenty of herbs (sage?) and some raspberry on the nose plus, after air, some olive. Palate is slightly astringent but not overtly tannic, with a nice medley of savoury components, fruit, spice, and vanilla. Medium finish. Seems like a textbook wine of sorts.
