Fairly aromatic nose, preserved lemons, not as reductive as those from Kutch for example but still restrained at present. More subtle and less overtly reductive, somewhat broad mouthfeel and golden yellow fruits, yummy well integrated oak.

Subtle stone, gorgeous nose. Flavors of lemon and floral honey with just a little oak and butter on the finish. It is both lush and restrained at the same time. No secondary flavors yet, but it is fully integrated. Will wait 3-5 years for the next bottle to see what develops.

Initially tight, it soon gave off classy aromas of orange blossom and custard pie. Ultra balanced palate of orchard fruit, vanilla, cream custard, tangerine and lime with a long finish. The etheral nose is like a high end Meursault but the lack of mineral on the finish keeps you guessing. Domaine Roulot in a warm vintage? 94-95
