Wine bid purchase. Unfortunately, this bottle was corked, which got worse with air. Great blue fruits when I first opened, dense and rich. Nice mix of valley floor grapes

First Arrow and Branch bottle, won’t be the last. Incredible wine. Greatly layered, profound, delicious and so complete. Dark velvety fruits with charred herbs, pencil lead, gritty earth, baker’s chocolate and just fantastic on the palate from start to end. I’ll seek out more. Cheers! 95-96

Served at Arrow & Branch tasting at Rittenhouse Hotel. Proof that great producers make great wines, even in tough years. Soft silky tannins and great red fruit. Very interesting to compare this to the ‘15.
