PnP and enjoyed over 90 minutes. Beautiful savory, herby red fruit aromas. Palate is round and medium bodied with structure that feels quite well integrated at this stage. Burgundian palate presence. At peak.

A day 2 glass from a tasting yesterday. Wow, what a nose here - lifted red fruits. Seamless on the palate, good persistence on the finish. I think we pretty much unanimously preferred this wine to the Beatrice yesterday, and I would still be in that camp today.

This was decanted for a few hours before drinking it at the restaurant. I could smell it as I poured it into the glass as there was a Lifted, savory, and elegant quality with a with an overall prettiness that melds in the glass showing tones of sour raspberries, dark red cherries, crushed rocks, herbs, thyme, pipe tobacco, earth, and some balsamico notes. The depth on the nose is immense and you need time to pick up every, lovely tone. …

What Bob H said. Excellent and interesting wine that was so good with a piece of Lamb seasoned with spice bush. Wine of the night, that included a an 08 Dom P and an 86 Latour among others.

The unanimous wine & food pairing of the meal, served with a saddle of lamb and some spaetzle. The lamb was off the charts delicious, and the vibrant red fruits on the wine matched it perfectly. Really in the zone at this point.

Wow, gorgeous nose here! A laser beam of red fruits emanating from the glass. Better on the nose than the palate, although tonight I definitely prefer this to the Salicutti. Elegant and medium-bodied, good persistence and acidity. For reasons that I've never fully understood, 2011 remains the only vintage where Stella named bottlings after her daughters - perhaps it was a birth year/day wine of some sort?

Very good tonight - probably a little too cold on opening, but this is drinking well.

Friend was generous to offer this at a gathering. Amazing, so different from other Brunello’s—strong but very fine tannin, much ligher bodied but powerful notes. Barnyard scent plus balsamic, truffle, and other savory scents make this a huge success. Drinking very well now but would like to try again in a couple of years.

Great stuff, drinking well now. I caught dried cherry and balsamic notes and a long finish. Medium body but so powerful. Terrific with food. Love Stella - reminds me of classical Rioja

From the wine list, Tavernetta, Denver. Red and black cherries, along with barnyard, aromas. James caught an herbal note as well. Savory palate of deep red fruit, with fine tanins still evident. Paired with pasta accompanied by ham, porcini, morels, asparagus, and truffle; excellent. Huge success!

Translucent ruby in the glass, with lovely spiced scents and red fruit on the nose - captivating nose. A little stern on the palate - this may be in the process of shutting down, but it's not there yet. Sweet and sour red fruits, with a touch of acerbity on the finish. My first time trying this, which is a new release from Stella named after her daughter - very good.

The Benedetta was darker and richer, infused with savory minerals and hints of animal musk with a mix of both red and black fruits. On the palate, I found silky textures with ripe dark fruit undertones and a lifting mix of minerals and acid. Grippy tannin made an appearance through the long finish, yet it was nearly enveloped by the wine’s incredibly persistent dark red fruits with a slight bitter herbal twang toward the finale. WOW. (Made from fruit at …
