A pale straw colour with notes of thatch, dried hay, pawpaw, guava and a spun sugar almost boiled sweet quality. Some tarragon and jasmine with chilled melon rise as the wine opens. With moderate acidity, the herbs come to the fore, and there is a sweet underbelly. Terrific stuff - garriguey perfumes bouquet - splendid bright acidity and good length . Wonderful with some garlicky prawns.
