Sweet in the nose, strawberry and vanilla or fake candy strawberry scent with a touch of citrus. In the mouth, moderate oak that turns more buttery with food, continues with the citric bite. Moderate finish, a bit grassy. Paired with a red coconut curry salmon -- OK choice, wine could have been a bit sweeter to cut the spice, but it stood up well to the assertive flavor of the spice and cream of the coconut milk.

Palate: Medium bodied, good balance, green apple up front, good acidity. quite shallow through the mid-palate. Finish: Short to medium length sense of tart apple and pear.

A classic white Bordeaux blend with 60% Sémillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Pale yellow colour, some aroma of citrus fruits. Quite refreshing on the palate with lots of citrus fruits and some grassy notes. The finish is clean and it goes well with my salmon dinner.
