Treasure Hunter Wines Cabernet Sauvignon Red Sky

Drinking way above its price point. Deep burgundy, nose of red fruit, vanilla, spice. Solid palate with red fruit, forest, and pepper. Medium finish. Lacks some depth but it is well balanced. Drinking very well now, but still has a few years left.

This wine is still going strong and has developed some nice secondary flavors of dark pine, macerated dark cherry, and anise. Great depth. No need to rush on these, but probably not going to get much better. Drink by 2024?

Good not great! Served with a big steak! Lacked the depth of flavor and body that I've come to cherish in Napa cabs!

Liked this. The alc is a smidge high at 14.5% poking through on the finish but overall this is nicely balanced with classic Cabernet flavors of; currants, cedar, tobacco on a nice medium weight frame. Nothing jammy about this. Only bought one btl and wish I had 1 or 2 more at $20 I paid. Drinks like $45 plus. Great value and fun!
