Rich, dark fruit (including mild blueberry), nice tannins. Subtle chocolate, meat and earth flavors. Well integrated and drinking beautifully.

Dark purple in color, this wine shows focused aromas of blackberry, black pepper and bacon fat on the nose. The mouth feel is full bodied with subtle sweetness coming from an intense blueberry compote taste. The finish is medium/long in length but the 15.0% abv left a noticeable burn.
