In a nice spot. Open aromas, strawberry, raspberry, sage, spice. Mid-weight, red fruit and fresh herbs, savory edge, concentrated. Sculpted mid-palate, refined and elegant. Excellent finish, fine tannic grip, stem inclusion gives nice gravitas. Drinking well now, though structure for 3-5 years further, I think.

Tasted at Presqu'ile. Stunning aromatics, lilacs and baking spice, perfumed. Rather open on the palate, nicely textured, yet has structure underneath the gregarious front palate. Fresh, red fruited, terroir driven, minerality in its core, very high potential.
