Medium lemon. Pronounced on the nose with asparagus, green bell pepper, grass, lemon, gooseberry, blossom, white peach, beeswax, sage, flint and wet stone. Youthful. Pronounced and dry on the palate with grapefruit coming through. High acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, medium plus finish. Outsanding wine. Drink now.

Er wordt daarom ook al buiten Griekenland hier en daar geëxperimenteerd met deze druifsoort, zoals in Australië, Californië en …

We drank this wine in the Plaka district in Athens. Nearly colorless, peach blossom nose. Nicely balanced. Good minerality (assume from the Asyrtiko) offset by tropical fruit (Sauvignon Blanc). Mouthwatering acidity invites repeated sipping. Good effort.
