Light to medium golden yellow. Layered nose with green apples, marzipan, light strawberries and citrus zest. Bright acidity (6.5/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. Lovely notes of citrus, yeast and strawberries. A touch creamy too. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2025. Made up of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from Robertson within the Breede River Valley.
