53% Sauv. Blanc, 47% Semillon. Full bodied and a bit fat, good acidity and a good length. 2000 bottles produced.

Pale lemon color. Nose: Medium aroma intensity of apple, pear, gooseberry, pineapple, pastry, cheese, honey. The wine is developing. Palate: dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium flavor intensity of gooseberry, cheese, honey, pineapple, lime. Medium finish. Very good wine. Drink now.

Le Sauvignon blanc prend beaucoup de place tant au nez qu'en bouche. On pourrait croire à un Sancerre à 40$ mais à 110$ (SAQ) pas le choix de rester sur son appétit! Carafé une grosse heure, consommé sur 4 heures, on perçoit une certaine évolution, c'est équilibré, acidité précise, texture plutôt ample, végétal, citron mûr. Pas.mauvais mais soit ce vin n'est absolument pas prêt, soit je ne suis pas la clientèle cible mais désolé, pas mon genre de RQP.
