Excellent once again. Aging beautifully.

Odedis has a perfect review. I’m adding a couple points. This is really scratching how high Israeli wines can go. Gorgeous.

Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim. Full bodied and elegant with medium acidity. Dry on the palate with nice complexity. Showing black currants, plums, cooked cherries, strawberries, chocolates, cedar, vegetables, coffee, earth, black tea, light vanilla, tobacco leaf, herbs, peppercorn and spices. Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and bitter herbs. This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon blend from Israel. This 9 year old is still drinking very nicely, and at its peak now. Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs. Dry on the palate with plums, black currants, coffee, oak, cloves, earth, vegetables, graphite, spices, bitter herbs, peppercorn, dark chocolates and tobacco.
