La Ferme des Sept Lunes St. Joseph Lune Rousse

This is really excellent. Still super fresh despite being 9 yr old and pairs magnificently with food.

Light lemon in the glass. Very reductive at first, but the palate gives way to more citrus fruit, florals and a touch of melon. The acidity seems to be a bit out of sync, making the wine taste rather astringent. Medium finish.
