Light bodied, completely structureless, with no tannins, faint fruit, black pepper and high acidity, intensified by the lightness of texture. Medium-length, spicy finish. This is an experimental bottling with one of Greece's obscure grape varieties (Vlachico) grown in Epirus (Noth-Western Greece).
