Couple years later and I'm not getting any of that youthful, confectionary qualities anymore, and I'd say it's pretty ready to go at this point. It's smooth, plush, and enjoyable enough, if not all that complex, and the tannins are fully integrated. Medium ruby color w/ transparency. Aromas of cherry, smoke, and a little floral, which is nice, if subtle. Medium body with a nice, luscious texture that I'm digging, medium acid and finish, a slight alcohol burn, and flavors …

This is drinking very young to me, as it had a very fruity, slightly confectionary aspect to it which did mellow after an hour or two in an open bottle (not decanted), but still, I think a few years will improve this. Purplish ruby color. Aromas of red fruits, smoke, clove and other dried spices, and tangerine. Dark red fruits, tangerine, and a bit of spice on the palate, with medium body, acid, and medium(+) finish.

Quite pleasant. Plenty of fruit, not so shy as some Oregon pinots can be. Good balancing acidity. First impression is that while this might continue to improve for a couple years, it's probably more a drink in the short term sort of wine.
