Decent kinda simple

A blend of Clare Valley and Polish Hill grapes. A very generous style, offering much more concentration & richness than its counterparts. Pure focused flavors of ripe peach, nectarine, green melon and steely minerality. A wonderfully made, harmonious and nuanced Riesling that shows quite a bit of substance, but is carried by a strong acidic backbone that will put it in the 10-year aging window easily.
