No formal notes save that a complex wine worthy of attention. Spend a little time with it.

Dyann thought this was too sweet.

Agree with other tasters, nose needs some time to open up. A bit of grass along with apples to start. Nice minerality, solid acid, and a little bit of tingle on the tongue. Went wonderfully with a summer salad and some chicken.

Improves as it warms, with notes of lemon oil, Gala apple, and white pepper commingling throughout. There's some weight to this, a pleasing "huskiness" that's hard to describe, and just enough acidity to keep it feeling fresh. Terrific value.

Almost no nose, just a hint of crisp apple. Light green, high minerality with lemon lime body.

Pop and pour. Well, that didn't last long. Nothing to add to my last note. Yum!

A lot of fresh yuzu citrus with enhanced brightness by high toned white pepper and sichuan pepper (hua jiao) kick. Finishes with peppermint/menthol. Medium-high level of acidity with excellent holizontal breadth and seamless detailed texture. Very subtle undertone of green oolong tea warmth/leafiness is adding hidden richness to this otherwise crystal pure refreshing citrus juice. Saline, polished, and high resolution.

Opened to go with grilled sea bass, so the pairing was nice. Everything was in its place with this wine but nothing stood out.

Pop and pour. White pepper, cucumber, mint, wet stone..so fresh and clean on the nose. On the palate: ok acidity on the front end, cucumber water, mint, wet stone, lime. So fresh and clean. acidity picks up.near the end for anice juicy finish.

Lemon, green apple, white pepper, crushed rock. Medium bodied with a crisp acidity. Dominant fresh squeezed lemon and a salty minerality on the finish. Better not too chilled.
