Tasted this at the International Congress of Chinese Cuisine & Wine, The Rise of Marselan in China Masterclass at The Tower Club. A bit of tired legs on the nose. Blackberries with deep dark fruits and a shallow structure. Dark purple in colour with a rounded and smooth finish.
