Château Mercian Ensemble

We decided to try some Japanese wines from Chateau Mercian given we know virtually nothing about wines from The Land of the Rising Son. Ensemble is a blend of Chardonnay from Fukushima Prefecture and Nagano Prefecture with the acidity of Koshu from the Yamanashi Prefecture. Bright yellow colour.
