The Lost Plot Serendipity

Deep golden in the glass. The nose is marked by fresh fruit, brioche, butter and caramel. Almost no signs of aging, which I find incredible. Feels almost illegally bottled haha! The acidity is remarkably high, putting big accent on the citrus & stone fruit on the palate. Alcohol is low, not too expressed, but plays its role well in the background. Long, chalky finish. Easily the best sparkling wine I've tried out of Australia. Stunner!
