Nice, richer but contoured white Burgundy that's ready to pair to quite a wide variety of dishes. A sense of breadth and complexity here, there's also a pollen-y and intriguing herbaceous aroma that leaps from the glass. On the finish, there's a nice salinity. Feels like quite a complete wine, nice--especially at its price point in Burgundy.

Paired together with Ecuadorian Ceviche (Gambas y Pulpo); very good choice Medium intensity nose, chalky and mineral with some jasmine and vanilla The mouth was much more expressive and powerful, led by and high freshness, mineral with ripe fruits such peach and melon, gentle vanilla and citric fruits. Great balance! Very long finish, acid and almost salty A lovely one!
