Serious but playful and fun. Tremendous white florals like jasmine and citrus blossom, underripe Alphonso mango, citrus peel, a touch of apricot, with a long, sapid, mineral finish. It’s built around a laser beam of acidity, but is also so silky and delicate. This has acidity, perfume and minerality like I’ve only had in German Riesling, but the tropical fruit character gives this its own sense of place. In your face aromatics with white cassis, tropical fruit, spring flowers and some sea salt. Contradictory to the nose it’s bone dry and perfect for antipasti.

Zibibbo secco, dalla grande riconoscibilità. Da bere adeguatamente freddo, altrimenti gli aromi prendono il sopravvento.

Bright and tropical. mellowed out after warming up some.

Jolt of fragrance. Immediate orange blossom and tangerine. And lychee. And white flowers. And grapefruit. Good strong finish for a light weight.

Quite delicious with Sicilian 'street' food - off dry, straw, brick dust and lemons. Delightful.

Dry Muscat (Zibibbo) from the slopes of Contrada Cufurà and Contrada Ghirlanda, located in the island of Pantelleria, known for their sweet wines.
