Tasted Blindfolded. Nose is faint with a combination of artificial cherry and pine-sol. Light bodied, off-dry, and has me confused if this is a white or a red. Palate of meyer lemons, apples, guava, and then sweet cherries. A heavy forced tannin structure exists – which makes me think this is a red. Short finish dominated by the tannins with a bit of citrus zest. I think this is labeled as a Pinot Noir. Blindfold off: Pale garnet in color. …
