Stein St. Aldegunder Palmberg-Terrassen Riesling Spätlese feinherb

PNP. Color light gold. Nose suggests it’s age. Some baked apple pie and some caramel. Swishing shows acid in reserve and very little RS (as expected). This ends up tasting a little like under ripe apples. Good but not my favorite style. Thanks Mikhael!

Apple jelly, spice, dried flowers. Soft and delicate, brown spices and fresh apples. Lovely but softer than I expect for Stein.
