Pretty much bursting with acidity, fruit and minerality. Had what seemed like an almost sweet touch at the end, which was lacking in a Pinard 'Nuance' I had before which I think I liked a bit more than this one. But this was still a really nice Sancerre.

$36 restaurant price. I've had the '05 Pinard Cuvee Flores probably five times at this point. It's a very typical / textbook Sancerre. Clean citrus fruit, with underlying herbaceousness. Fresh acidity. Perhaps a little thin in the middle, but very nice. See previous TNs.

Third time I've had this. This is a fresh, zesty, rather textbook Sancerre. Notes of lemon, minerals and faint grass. Nice balance and freshness.

$24.99 full retail. Fresh, clean nose of citrus and light herbs. On the palate, fresh acidity, but also rome roundness / ripeness. Lemon zest and herbs. Textbook Sancerre. Very nice.
