Definitely decant this wine. It took 2-3 hours to open up this time. Once it did, there was some good fruit and nice tannic structure. The finish was long and flavorful.

Definitely a fan of this one. It is drinking great right now. It really opens up after 60-90 minutes. Good balance of fruit and tannins.

I would most certainly stick to pairing this wine with food. Took 3hours to open up, but when it did it was amazing.
