Rating aside, this wine is delicious. Really it's almost too smooth, tannins are very fine and acidity is low. Fruit, as you would expect, is super intense, a real red fruit tidal wave. All that said, it is reminiscent of something the Wagners would make. It's delicious, just not particularly proper. A good wine to break a New World drinker into the Old World. QPR 6 (of 10) Aging 2023 at least
